Recently a good friend of mine told me he was looking for some hints and tips to lost weight. I’m in fairly decent shape, but like a lot of folks we always know we can do better.  I’m not sure if my friend wanted these tips because it was some type of New Year’s resolution or if he is serious about changing his lifestyle and eating habits.  Anyone one reading this is hopefully doing it for a lifestyle change.  Now there are a ton of YouTube Workout Channels out there and I’m sure you will leave a few in the comment section below that I missed, but these are the Top 7 YouTube Workout Channels that I frequent.

Anyway without further ado, here are the videos; Like mention earlier, these are the top YouTube channels I visit for workout tips, inspiration, and motivation.  They are all different, so I wanted to give you guys a few to choose from.

FitnessBlender is one of the best Workout Channels out there. They offer complete workouts that you can do at home as well as watch along and do the video with them. They do every workout so you can see what position your body should be in and how you should do each exercise properly.- https://www.youtube.com/user/FitnessBlender

CT Fletcher Motivation is another great channel, his main purpose is to offer motivation, to be frank, CT is an ass kicker.  He doesn’t embrace excuses, he only wants results. If you want someone to push you without being there, listen to a few of CT Fletcher clips.  He is insane in a great way. “F*ck Average!!!” - https://www.youtube.com/user/CTTheTrainer/

WeiderPublishing is great for workouts, tips and knowledge. The channel isn’t as good as it use to be, but the old videos they have are great. It shows most of the guys you see on Fitness cover magazines and serious body builders. If you are serious about taking your workouts and body to the next level, you can great some great tips and inspiration from this channel. - https://www.youtube.com/user/WeiderPublishing/

Six Pack Shortcuts aka Baby Bolo is a channel I’ve been following for the past two years.  You might have seen some of his commericals on YouTube while you were waiting for other videos to load.  Michael Chang offers tips and does his workouts alongside you.  Awesome channel that deserves all the exposure it is getting right now. - https://www.youtube.com/user/sixpackshortcuts

Scott Thom is someone who I think is a basketball coach but I’m not sure. Thom doesn’t has a large volume of videos, but I feel he gives great tips. Someone needs to get in touch with him and let him know we need more videos.- https://www.youtube.com/user/CoachScottThom/

strengthcamp is probably one of the best channels out there for the fact that Elliot answers questions from his viewers. He always has excellent tips and motivation for the viewers. Take a look at his library and see if he has answered any questions you might have. If you do have a new question, at least you know you have a channel where there is a chance it might get answered. -https://www.youtube.com/user/strengthcamp

STACKVids grants on field and off field access to elite professional athletes and top industry experts.  Some videos are commercials and others will be of an actually athlete getting a full workout. It’s pretty amazing to see professional athletes give you access to their full workout. Check it out and see if you can keep up. - https://www.youtube.com/user/STACKVids/videos

If there is a channel that I left out that you frequent, please leave it below in the comment section.
